Tzomtech Technologies, an Israeli technology company, has acquired Easify, a platform serving the merchant cash advance and financial services industries. The companies announced the deal on September 18, 2026, from New York. Terms were not disclosed.
Allan Farago becomes Easify's chief executive, succeeding founder Adam Schwartz, who is stepping down as the company moves into its next phase.
What Easify does today
Easify offers an all-in-one platform that combines SMS, voice, automation and CRM, built to help MCA businesses communicate with merchants and manage operations. It is described as a fintech-focused SMS marketing, communications and CRM provider.
Plans for the combined company
The two companies say they intend to build a connected technology ecosystem for the MCA industry. Under Farago, Easify will move beyond CRM and communications into underwriting, financial data analysis, automation and other tools covering the whole funding lifecycle. The stated aim is to link lead generation, merchant communication, financial analysis, underwriting, customer management and funding in one environment, instead of disconnected systems.
A central piece is easify.net, a bank-statement analysis and underwriting platform still in development. It is designed to read merchant bank statements and turn them into underwriting data funders can use directly. The outputs listed are:
- line-by-line transaction extraction
- actual monthly revenue
- daily balance averages
- NSF occurrences
- days with a negative balance
- any MCA positions already on the account
The platform also includes secure bank connectivity, merchant statement uploads and CRM integration.
Statements from leadership
Schwartz said the company set out to give the MCA industry better technology and realized the opportunity went beyond CRM and communications to an integrated infrastructure. He said Tzomtech brings the resources and scale to pursue it and called Farago the right person to lead.
Farago said the deal is about more than a change of ownership: "We're building a technology company with a much larger vision for the MCA industry." He described the goal as bringing communications, CRM, automation, financial data and underwriting into a single ecosystem.
Tzomtech says it pairs Israeli technology development with the U.S. alternative-finance market, and is focused on the operating needs of MCA brokers, funders and lenders. The companies' long-term goal is for Easify to serve as core infrastructure for the MCA industry, supporting businesses from first merchant lead through underwriting, customer management and funding. The acquisition also gives Easify room to accelerate product development and pursue partnerships across MCA and financial services.
