Cloudsquare has released CS Broker Danube 7.0, adding a workflow for home equity-backed business funding to its Salesforce-native lending platform for business loan brokers. The Los Angeles company announced the release on June 3, 2026.
The HELOC module
The update introduces what Cloudsquare calls the first HELOC module built specifically for business loan brokering. Brokers can help business owners use the equity in their homes to secure business funding. They record borrower income and property details, match the deal to lenders and submit it without leaving CS Broker.
When a HELOC lender integration is installed, a HELOC Candidate panel appears on the Opportunity record in Salesforce, keeping that information tied to the deal and ready for lender review. Cloudsquare positions the module as a new product line for brokers, whose clients might not qualify for a traditional working capital product but could have home equity.
CEO Jeffrey Morgenstein said brokers have lacked a structured platform workflow to manage this type of funding end to end.
Figure integration
Figure is the first fully integrated HELOC lender in the CS Broker network. Brokers can submit eligible HELOC opportunities to Figure directly from the platform, which keeps borrower data, property information and submission activity in one workflow and reduces duplicate entry. The integration is available to teams that are already partnered with Figure.
Lender search upgrades
Danube 7.0 also speeds up searching a large lender list and improves bulk selection, including the ability to select or deselect all visible results at once.
Cloudsquare describes itself as a lending platform powered by Salesforce for lenders and brokers.
