- 1Forward Financing joins Cloudsquare's library of lender connections.
- 2Brokers can submit applications, receive offers and track status in one place.
- 3The module also supports document uploads and decline-reason visibility.
Cloudsquare, a Salesforce-based lending platform for merchant cash advance (MCA) brokers and funders, has added Forward Financing to its lineup of lender connections. The Los Angeles company announced the integration on July 28, 2025.
The new lender API module lets brokers using Cloudsquare Broker submit applications, receive offers and follow deal status without leaving the platform, according to the announcement.
What the module does
Cloudsquare listed five core functions:
- Status tracking: Submission updates arrive through polling, so brokers do not have to check email to learn where a deal stands.
- Offers: Offers from Forward Financing are delivered directly into Cloudsquare.
- Decline details: Brokers see the reasons for a decline, which lets teams adjust and resubmit.
- Document upload: Application files are uploaded and managed through a dedicated endpoint.
- Industry picklists: Submissions use discrete industry values to keep categorization consistent.
About the platform
Cloudsquare describes itself as an end-to-end lending platform built natively on Salesforce, covering the lifecycle from lead to funding to servicing. It says it is rated number one on the Salesforce AppExchange. More detail on the Forward Financing connection is available on Cloudsquare's site.
