- 1Cloudsquare has wound down general Salesforce consulting to focus on its lending platform.
- 2The company introduced a restructured pricing model and cheaper implementation packages.
- 3The platform is built on Salesforce, for brokers and lenders in alternative finance.
Cloudsquare, a Salesforce partner serving the lending industry, has launched a redesigned website and said it now focuses exclusively on brokers and lenders in alternative finance. The Los Angeles-based company announced the move August 6, 2025, describing a shift from general Salesforce consultancy to a purpose-built platform provider.
From consultancy to platform
Cloudsquare was founded in 2018 and has operated as both a Salesforce implementation partner and a software provider. Over the past year, it says, it aligned its pricing, delivery model and roadmap around the platform and sunset general Salesforce consulting.
The platform is built natively on Salesforce and is meant to help brokers and funders automate workflows, reduce risk and scale across verticals of alternative financing. CEO Jeffrey Morgenstein said the site reflects what the company has become after years of building the product.
Pricing and services
The new site adds product demonstrations, use cases and simplified module breakdowns. Cloudsquare also introduced a restructured pricing model it calls more accessible, and says its structured implementation packages are now more affordable. Chief Revenue Officer Dennis Mikhailov said the aim is to offer software that suits both solo brokers and enterprise lenders.
After go-live, customers receive free ongoing product support and continuous feature updates, including AI and automation tools. For heavier customization, Cloudsquare offers Consulting on Demand and Managed Services programs. Director of Product Paul Albuquerque credited customer feedback for improvements, and Director of Delivery Christelle Asmar said the platform evolves as the market changes.
Company background
Cloudsquare says it has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list and is rated by users on Salesforce AppExchange, G2, Clutch and Manifest. Product details and demos are available at cloudsquare.io.
