Cloudsquare has released CS Lend Fuji 3.0, a major update to its Salesforce-based lending platform. It aims to end inbox-driven origination by giving lending teams one system for communication, execution and deal progress.
The problem it targets
Cloudsquare says origination still runs through shared inboxes: brokers email for status updates, revised terms, contracts and changes, and staff jump between the inbox and the CRM to find the Opportunity before replying. As volume grows, it says, this causes delays, missed follow-ups and scattered deal information, and teams spend more time syncing email with CRM activity than moving deals.
What is new
Centralized Email Management. The headline feature. Origination emails are captured automatically and shown on the Opportunity timeline. Anyone on the team can read the full thread and reply from the Opportunity, with visibility into who responded and what has been handled.
Task-driven follow-ups. Notifications tie email activity to follow-up tasks, so broker requests and internal reviews can be tracked and assigned.
Expanded Global Search. Teams can find Agreements, Applications, Remittances, Syndications and Cases by searching an Account name, giving a view of borrower activity across the lifecycle.
Cleaner data at entry. The platform validates U.S. bank routing numbers using ABA checksum algorithms as they are entered, to prevent format errors that cause failed transactions.
Servicing fixes. Improvements include PDF generation for Statements and Remittance reports, refinements to reschedule logic and payment rounding, and support for high-volume weekend processing.
The pitch
Cloudsquare says the release lets lending teams scale volume without scaling headcount or operational complexity. The company describes itself as an end-to-end lending platform built on Salesforce for lenders and brokers. More at cloudsquare.io.
