Dedicated Financial GBC has appointed Amy Pona as General Counsel. She will oversee the company's legal strategy and support its growth and expansion.
Background
Pona has more than a decade of legal experience in creditors' rights, commercial litigation and strategic business growth. She spent 14 years at Gurstel Law Firm, P.C., most recently as Director of Strategic Growth and Marketing. For nearly 10 years she also served as the firm's Director of Commercial Litigation, supervising a multi-state practice that represented a wide range of creditors and debt buyers.
The role
