- 1The dashboard merges application, bank, credit, background and interview data into one report.
- 2Every flagged red flag needs underwriter review and approval before a deal moves forward.
- 3It is part of Dragin's automation suite, which includes the DraginForce CRM.
Dragin Technologies, an automation provider for revenue-based financing companies, has launched an AI Merchant Integrity Dashboard, announced September 17, 2025. The company calls it the first tool of its kind for keeping underwriting decisions clean and accurate.
How it works
The feature combines application forms, bank statements, credit reports, background checks, Dragin's AI Web Report and the merchant's interview into a single report. It then cross-references the data points to find discrepancies, validate claims and flag risks before an offer goes out.
Dragin gave three examples:
- If a merchant says revenue is steadily rising, the AI checks it against bank statement data.
- If a merchant claims great credit, the tool confirms it and flags missed payments or delinquencies.
- Business addresses are cross-checked among the application, background checks and bank data, so mismatches or fraudulent entries stand out.
An underwriter has to manually review and clear each red flag before the deal can move forward.
What Dragin says it delivers
The company lists early fraud detection, cleaner reconciled deal data, fewer merchant defaults through up-front checks, and stronger underwriting accountability. CEO Mark Ross said funders can now hold teams accountable for every detail, and that the AI surfaces risks that used to take hours or went unnoticed.
The dashboard joins Dragin's broader automation suite, which covers email parsing and document classification, an AI application and bank statement reader, pre-qualification and pre-decline logic, the DraginForce CRM, a real-time ISO portal, and deal tracking with a syndication portal.
