- 1Fundfi launched a loan product and a credit splits program on Dec. 15, 2025.
- 2Credit splits allocate card processing revenue to repayment, so payments track sales.
- 3Both products are available only in the United States.
Fundfi Merchant Funding has launched two new products, a loan and a credit splits program, adding to its financing menu for small and medium-sized businesses. The company announced the launches on Dec. 15, 2025.
The products
- New loan product: traditional financing with terms designed for merchant operations, aimed at expansion, equipment purchases, inventory and working capital.
- Credit splits program: a repayment structure that lets a business direct a portion of its credit card processing revenue toward the funding obligation.
Both are available to qualifying merchants and, the company says, were developed in response to feedback from its clients and partners.
What executives said
Co-founder and CEO Efraim Kandinov said the company identified gaps in the market after listening to partners. He described the credit splits program as one where payments move with the business: when sales are strong the merchant pays more, and when they slow the payments adjust.
Co-founder and CFO Natasha Dillon said the products let Fundfi serve businesses at different stages of growth, whether a client prefers a traditional loan structure or credit splits tied to daily sales.
Availability
The new offerings are available only in the United States, though Fundfi serves small and medium-sized businesses in both the United States and Canada. Company leadership said the launch is part of a broader strategy to become a comprehensive financial partner for small businesses. The products complement Fundfi's existing financing solutions.
