- 1Fundr reports 3x daily application capacity and 2x monthly funding volume after moving to Cloudsquare.
- 2Manual application entry has been eliminated and its team grew 2.5x.
- 3Cloudsquare's reporting helped Fundr secure and keep institutional credit facilities.
Fundr, a direct funder based in New York City and Miami, says it tripled its daily application processing capacity and doubled monthly fundings after migrating to Cloudsquare's Salesforce-native lending platform. Cloudsquare announced the results on Dec. 15, 2025.
The problem
Fundr's deal volume was outgrowing its infrastructure. Manual data entry consumed hundreds of staff hours a week, and its previous platform lacked the data visibility needed to meet the reporting standards of its institutional credit partner. Founder and CEO Gerbian King said the earlier system could not provide the visibility and reporting the company needed.
What changed
Cloudsquare provided a centralized system that automates the lending lifecycle. Features such as Email Capture Automation pull deal data straight into the CRM, which eliminated manual entry roles and let staff move to higher-value work.
Fundr reports these results since deploying the platform:
- Daily application processing capacity tripled.
- Monthly funding volume doubled.
- The team grew 2.5 times larger to handle the extra volume.
- Total elimination of manual application entry.
The platform's reporting also helped Fundr secure and maintain institutional credit facilities, which the companies describe as a key step toward scaling.
It was clear their team understood exactly what we needed to scale.
Vendor view
Cloudsquare co-founder and CEO Jeffrey Morgenstein said many brokers and lenders remain on platforms that slow them down, and that Fundr unlocked true automation, visibility and scale by switching.
