Lexington Capital Holdings, a small business finance brokerage in Port Jefferson Station, Long Island, placed No. 668 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 with a three-year growth rate of 514%. CEO Frankie DiAntonio, who recently turned 27, says he was the second-youngest CEO on the list.
The hours
DiAntonio says he has worked 100 hours a week for four years and eight months, every day including holidays, and that his top salespeople work 60 to 80. His reasoning is that the way to close the experience gap with competitors who have a decade's head start is to put in as many hours as possible on the craft. He sees the effort as an investment and says a backup plan is a liability: people who keep an exit strategy in mind, he says, tend not to succeed.
From "new kids" to close to 100 staff
Lexington first appeared in coverage in April 2022, when it was three months old and DiAntonio called it "the new kids on the block." It now has close to 100 employees and a reputation as an in-demand brokerage partner. Most of its staff are, like DiAntonio, in their twenties. A ribbon-cutting for its 16,000-square-foot office took place less than a year ago.
He credits early hires Corey Digi, Ryan Showe and his sister, Nicollete DiAntonio, with setting the culture. Digi was one of six finalists at the 2024 Broker Battle, and Showe won the competition in 2025.
Customer acquisition
DiAntonio describes the lead mix as a good crossbreed: cold outreach, paid ads and cold email all still work. The company spends about 20% of profits testing new approaches, including AI tools meant to move deals from intake to the right funding partner faster. Merchants who find Lexington on social media most often come via Facebook, then LinkedIn and YouTube, but Google still dominates for owners seeking capital. There they see a 5-star rating aggregated from more than 1,100 reviews.
What is next
DiAntonio's next target is $100 million in annual revenue, followed by an IPO within five years. He says many people want to invest in Lexington now.
