- 1Order dated January 30, 2026 returns the NACLB LLC interest, with assets and liabilities, to Roglieri
- 2The Trustee said managing the business had become burdensome to the estate
- 3Roglieri pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy in November; sentencing is March 11
The United States Bankruptcy Court has ordered the Roglieri estate to return its interest in the National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers LLC (NACLB) to Kris Roglieri himself. The order is dated January 30, 2026. The returned interest includes all of the assets and liabilities attached to the company.
Why
The Trustee's reasoning was that managing the business had become burdensome to the estate.
Nearly two years ago, Roglieri stated in a bankruptcy filing that NACLB was worth $1 million.
Criminal case
Roglieri is in custody at the Rensselaer County Correctional Facility. Last November he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Sentencing is scheduled for March 11, and the maximum penalty is 20 years in prison.
