North Mill Equipment Finance LLC (NMEF) said on November 20, 2025 that it has extended and upsized its investment-grade rated corporate notes to $30.0 million. The Norwalk, Connecticut lender plans to put the net proceeds toward growth and the funding of new originations.
Mark Bonanno, NMEF's President and Chief Revenue Officer, said both existing investors and new ones backed the deal, and that it further diversifies the company's capital stack. Chief Financial Officer Pier Snider said the investment-grade rating reflects balance-sheet strength and the capital gives NMEF more operational flexibility to support what he called rapid growth.
Brean Capital, LLC served as exclusive financial advisor and sole placement agent.
