North Mill Equipment Finance LLC (NMEF) closed NMEF Funding 2026-A, a $440 million asset-backed securitization, on February 23, 2026. The Norwalk, Connecticut-based commercial equipment lender said it is its 11th equipment finance securitization and brings total issuance volume past $3.5 billion.
Investor demand
NMEF said 43 unique investors took part, 12 of them first-time investors. The deal was nearly 7 times oversubscribed, with demand across the capital structure. The company said that depth supported pricing that was highly favorable compared with both initial price discussions and its 2025-B securitization.
Mark Bonanno, President and Chief Revenue Officer, said the outcome reflects confidence in NMEF's origination quality and credit performance, and that the number of new institutional investors was encouraging. Mitch Tobak, VP Corporate Development, thanked investors and banking partners, and said NMEF, with strong liquidity, is focused on serving origination partners and bringing quality paper to the ABS market.
The collateral
NMEF Funding 2026-A is backed by a diversified pool of commercial equipment finance receivables that NMEF originated and services.
