VOX Funding, a fintech provider of capital to small and mid-sized businesses, has partnered with Cloudsquare, a Salesforce-native alternative business lending CRM for brokers, to launch an API-powered funding workflow. The companies say it is designed to remove manual handoffs and speed deal flow across the broker ecosystem.
How the integration works
VOX has extended its SYNQ API by integrating it directly with Cloudsquare's Salesforce-powered platform. ISOs using Cloudsquare can now submit deals to VOX instantly, rather than through email exchanges that cause delays. The companies say this enables real-time submissions, faster approvals and cleaner funding processes.
Brokers and merchants also get end-to-end visibility into the funding journey, including offers, documents, stipulations and real-time status updates, inside the systems they already use.
Why the companies say it matters
Cloudsquare co-founder and CEO Jeffrey Morgenstein said many brokers who submit to VOX use CRMs that cannot support API submissions and that building their own integration is unrealistic for most teams. The partnership, he said, gives them an upgrade path to Cloudsquare and a faster, more transparent way to work with VOX.
For VOX, co-founder and president Louis Calderone said Cloudsquare's API-driven platform brings speed and transparency for the company and its partners. VOX says reducing manual touchpoints and automating workflow steps lets it serve its broker network with greater speed, accuracy and efficiency.
Too many brokers who submit to VOX are limited by CRMs that cannot support API submissions, and building their own integration is not realistic for most teams.
About the companies
VOX Funding says it tailors funding to each business, often within 24 hours. Cloudsquare describes itself as an end-to-end lending platform powered by Salesforce and says it has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing companies. See Cloudsquare.
