Cardiff, Inc., a San Diego-based small business lender, announced on November 19, 2025 that it closed a senior revolving credit facility with a U.S. bank. The company did not name the bank or disclose the size of the facility.
Proceeds will increase Cardiff's funding capabilities and support balance-sheet growth, the company said. It expects the added capacity to let it develop new financial products and streamline small business loans and revenue-based financing.
Executive comments
CEO Dean Lyulkin called the close an important milestone and pointed to the company's direct origination engine and track record of asset performance. He said the partnership will let Cardiff scale funding volume and grow more efficiently. Founder William Stern said the transaction will deepen customer relationships and expand the platform, adding that Cardiff looks forward to supporting tens of thousands more Main Street entrepreneurs.
Advisers
Brean Capital, LLC was exclusive financial advisor and sole placement agent. As part of the overall financing, Jonathan Schwartz advised Cardiff on arranging subordinated debt to complement the facility.
