- 1NewCo Capital Group is now Bizcap US, with the same leadership and team.
- 2The new Line of Capital is a revolving facility of up to $2 million.
- 3Bizcap expects to fund $2 billion to $2.5 billion globally this year, over 60% of it LOC.
NewCo Capital Group has rebranded as Bizcap US, folding its US operations into the Bizcap brand that already covers Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Europe and Canada. The Miami-based company announced the change on July 7, 2026.
What changes and what does not
The US business has offered small business funding since 2019 and says its leadership, team and relationship-focused approach for brokers and ISOs stay the same. The integration adds technology, product capabilities and a dedicated Partner Portal that gives brokers and ISOs more visibility into their deals.
Albert Gahfi, CEO of Bizcap US, said the move is "far more than a new name and logo." He leads the global business alongside Global Co-CEO Zalman Blachman.
Line of Capital launch
To mark the rebrand, Bizcap US introduced Line of Capital, or LOC. Eligible businesses can use a revolving facility of up to $2 million, draw on it as needed and pay only on what they use, in contrast to a term loan.
Bizcap says LOC has proven out in its other markets. Gahfi said customers draw an average of 200% of their approved facility over its life through redraws and renewals. He said the group is on track to fund $2 billion to $2.5 billion globally this year, with more than 60% of that volume from LOC.
